Googled a little bit and found a picture of similar mb (for sale) having chips in all sockets.
Also found
motherboard settings of S26361-D756-X, which explains settings more detail.
But seems that there are some differences compared to the 'V' version you have (tag chip sockets).
So I guess might be a little bit 'quessing game' with chips and jumper settings.
The board with 'full set' had these:
1 x KM6465BP-15 SRAM 16kx4bit DIP-22
2 x KM6865BP-15 SRAM, 8KX8, 15ns DIP-28
8 x TC55328P-20 SRAM 32K x 8-Bit DIP-28
I picked from a scrap 386DX40 board some SRAM chips, can of course sell them, but no quarantees of function. You will probably need a DIP-22 chip too.
1 x M5M5178BP-15 SRAM 8KX8 DIP-28
4 x UM61256BK-20 SRAM 32Kx8 DIP-28
Perhaps there was a DIP-22 chip in the scrap board, but soldered, I only took what was detachable..
