The X-Calibur.

How likely are these to pop ut, and to which price?

I've recently aquired an A3640, and I'm curious to which options it opens up for me :)

I didn't put this in wanted, because it's not wanted atm. I first want to hear what people know about this piece of technology.

Extremely unlikely, and probably at a ridiculous price.

It gives you a 33MHz 040 card with a maximum of 128MB. You'll probably be better off with an Apollo 4040 or something alike: it's cheaper and faster (albeit not much), and you have SCSI onboard (though the SCSI controller on the Apollo is not very good).

My guess is that for the price of such an ultra-rare X-Calibur you can probably get yourself a CyberStorm MkIII (maybe even a CSPPC). The only value to the X-Calibur is (IMHO) is a collector's value, since there's much better hardware out there.

@McVenco

Thank you. That was the cool headed reasoned answer I needed to hear. I think you just saved me from a lot of suffering and time wasted searching for an X-Calibur
