Intel S5000PAL server board(s) with E5320 1.86GHz Xeon CPUs and RAM

I have two Intel S5000PAL Socket 771 server boards with CPUs and RAM that I'm never going to do anything with. Both come with CPUs and RAM and were fully working when I tested them before putting them into dry storage last summer.
