After recieving my CV64/3D and reading all around that this card is slower than all cards. I decided to give it a little push.
So, I changed memories to 25ns (100Mhz) and S3Virge to S3Virge/DX.
It works perfect in all resolutions.
A nice heatsink is on s3virge/dx chip now.
And now lets make some overclock :)
Will make benchmarks and see how it goes!
Here are some pics of the board!

Wooo - I'll be interested in the benchmarking. Great work! :)

amazing, I am very curious as well to see the benchmark results

Hello,

with this set-up you can reach very high performance. Have fun with it!

well, I got some trouble with this board, image was getting darker with no aparent reason. So I googled for images from a DCE with the same chip, and I found that 75ohm resistors on p5 are on a diff. position and they are 0805, not 0603, so I took the resistors from the board I got the DX chip, and now, it works perfect! I think image on this board is a bit better than picassoIV.(At least on my monitor).
Here are some pics of picasso4 vs cv64/3d modded. Picasso is still faster , but not too much. I could only go to 77Mhz mem speed, while picasso works at 80Mhz. Here are some pics :)
