Keyrah is an interface from Individual Computers that converts an Amiga into a USB keyboard. So if you have for instance an A600 with a broken motherboard, you can remove the motherboard an insert the keyrah and you will have a working USB keyboard instead of a dead computer. It also features two joystick ports so you can hook up amiga joys to your PC and use in emulators for instance.

Here's more info: http://wiki.icomp.de/wiki/Keyrah
Note that this only works with amiga, not C64 or any of the 8-bit computers.

It works fine (I know because I'm using it to write this post. It's really a weird sensation to be typing on an amiga keyboard in windows 7). No box unfortunately, but there is a manual.

Euro 25 + paypal fees (or gift) + postage

Cheers
