After fiddling with the jumpers for some 15 minutes, I got it to work. See pictures in the original post.

Postage to Russia is:
9€ registered mail (can be quite slow - 10-15 days)
12€ registered airmail (faster but more expensive - 6-7 days)

Both options are with tracking.
