Closed Looking for C64 any model

I want to get into the commodore series of computers, but I'm a bit of a cheapskate. I'm looking for a for parts unit.
I don't need a SID chip I'm pretty sure, I basically don't need anything that isn't required for it to boot into basic.
I also don't need a PSU but that would be helpful if I could get it paired with one so I can test it immediately.

I could even go for a unit without the case to save on shipping, just everything to get up and running.

I live in the US, my price range is between $40-$60 that's including shipping.
Payment through Paypal, I have to be honest though and say I've never made a Paypal purchase without going through a third party.
So I may need some help with making sure the payment went through.

To be honest I don't think its possible to get anything for that amount because shipping alone will be close to 30 usd for even the smallest package (from Europe that is).
Amibay is very much Europe oriented, perhaps you have more luck on http://www.vcfed.org/forum/forum.php as that is much more US oriented (even though a lot less Commodore oriented).
