well..erm..

you really just need a PIII socket 370 cpu with a fsb of 100/133mhz - Coppermine T 800-1000mhz (or Coppermine 533-1000, or Celeron Coppermine-128 "Celeron II" 533-1100), 512MB of PC133 SDRAM, STD ATX power

the indicated video Intel 815E is built on, and will use shared memory (up to 64M), you'll want to use a halfway decent AGP Video card tho, it also appears to have what is a fairly standard AC'97 audio onboard as well.
