Closed Low Profile Active Heatsink

Hi all,

I'm in search of a low profile active heatsink for a MC060/60 in an A3000 (desktop), similar to these with integrated fan (10/12x45x45mm):

Why? Because I'm going to overclock the CPU at 75/80MHz.

Anyone got some experience with the use of thermal pads? Which to use?
