Closed low profile heatsink for A3640 rev3.1

Hi All!

I am the fortunate new owner of an A4000T which has an A3640 rev3.1 card, but the low profile heatsink is not included. I can see thermal paste on the 68040, so I know it had one in the past.

Since this sits right behind part of one of the drive cages, I'm limited when it comes to sizes, so the original, low profile one (or similar) is what I'm searching for.

I thought I could get away without it, but OS3.9 seems to freeze up and reboot after using it a while, and the chip is very hot when it does this.

I'm a new Amibayer so I'm not sure if I can send/receive PMs yet.

Ideally an 040 should have a fan as well, perhaps worth considering a low profile chipset cooler with fan, something like this:

You'll find one on eBay or online PC shops, just use thermal tape to secure it
