Comes with original disk, small instruction sheet and small order sheet from Ariolasoft.

Its been a while since I used it so I will test it in the coming days.

Ok, tested the game today and worked just fine (it didn't seem to like my stock CDTV or expanded Amiga 2000 but it ran just fine on my stock A500).
