Hi all,

A few years ago I bought two 68060 RC 50 processors presumably rev.6. I did not test them at the time and when my BFG9060 arrived I put one in and expected it to run. Of course it did, bit not as expected. The CPUs are 'fakes' in that they are 060s but my best guess is that they are pre-production (even pre-XC). The CPU I put in shows up on my Amiga as rev.1, but they are clearly not and the CPU did not run properly. I went into 'emotional mode', went online and bought a rev.6 from a reputable seller for way too much money. Forgot about import taxes (insane), waited anxiously for a few weeks, payed a ton of import charges and there she was, a real rev.6 !

With the CPU my BFG9060 boots straight into Workbench and seems to run fine at 100MHz (I tested only briefly as I'm careful with these expensive relics). Anyway, gave my second 'fake' CPU a try as well and that one seems to be a real rev.1. I'm fine with the rev.1 and can really use the money spent on the rev.6., therefore I'm offering it for sale here.

MC68060RC50 rev.6
Will include a heatsink with fan with thermal adhesive (fits A3000D)
Briefly tested in Amiga 3000D/BFG9060 at 100MHz, stable and cool/cold at 50MHz
Some small scratches on top (not mine) but looks all good, all markings readable

Asking 550 euro plus insured shipping.

Note: I am selling the CPU only, the BFG9060 is *not* included.

I can take IBAN or Paypal (buyer pays fees or send as gift).

edit: heatsink and fan photo added

Declaring interest.
Ik doe dit even in het Nederlands als het ok is want je woont in Wageningen?
Begrijp ik het goed dat je jou Rev.6 weg doet? En je hebt hem getest op 100 MHz?

Ik heb belangstelling voor deze echte Rev. 6.

Edwin

EDIT: Translation.
I'll do this in Dutch if it's ok because you live in Wageningen?
Do I understand correctly that you are getting rid of your Rev.6? And you tested it at 100MHz?

I'm interested in this genuine Rev. 6.

Yes, you are correct! I’m selling a full rev.6 that I tested in my 3000D to run at 100MHz on a BFG9060. This does not mean it will run in your config at 100 as there are so many variables, but the 060 runs great :)

And yes, I’m located in the Netherlands, so is the 060!
