Hi,
in case you are still looking: You can assemble the kit yourself very cheaply. Just buy a straight female DIN 41612 connector with 96 pins (e.g. HARTING 09032967824) and some 12 mm M3 hex spacers on the other bay... Buy some more (10 or so) of the latter, since you'll obviously need to rise your PCI-card srews, too. Note, however, that case screws are UNC6 usually, not M3, so you'll have to be a bit creative when it comes to rising the PCI cards.
Anyway, this will be the fairest option price-wise, I guess. For me, this setup works great.
