I have a Mediator A4000Di black PCI daughterboard. I have bought it for testing purposes, so it wasn't really used. I have the main pcb and the logic bridgecard, both are intact, in mint condition.

Hi! Yes, both boards are in mint condition. It was tested with a Voodoo3 3000 gfx card.
The driver package I can provide with the boards, while the latest is available on the net as well.
