Having a bit of a clear out for the summer and this lot can go.

  • First of all, Microvitec Multisync Monitor 14" model, no speakers, tested today and still works but the screen colour has gone yellow. This used to be corrected by a well placed slap on the side or top, but now seems to be stuck like this (see photo). Comes with a power lead and VGA adapter, and a disk of drivers (not sure why as you don't need them!), someone hopefully can fix it, £10 + postage. - SOLD
  • Various SCSI connectors, the black one is a SCSI 3 terminator (female), and the other 2 seem to be converters of some kind. UNTESTED - £8 + postage for the terminator, £3 for the other two + postage.
  • Goliath PSU, missing the outer part of the power button, but still works fine, I have kettle type lead I will throw in as well. £30 + postage. - SOLD
  • Technosound Turbo 2 sampler, boxed with software and cable, tested it today and it still works, though I had to turn the source volume right up for it to register, might just need to replace the cable, uses the parallel port. £20 + postage.
  • Serial cable, both 9 pin and 25 pin connectors at each end (all connectors are female), useful for old style networking/file transfer. Untested but work last time it was used. £5 + postage.
  • Floppy drive button, not sure what model of Amiga, my brother reckons an A3000, but I'm not so sure. £0.50 + postage.
  • 2 x 40 pin IDE cables. £0.50 each + postage.
  • 9 pin to PS/2 mouse connector. £1.50 postage.
  • PS/2 to USB mouse connector. £1.50 postage.

the floppy button is definitely not from an A3000, more like a A600/1200 one me thinks... good luck with the sale!

Interested in this lot:

My opinion is that the fault will most likely be the cable, or possibly the socket requiring a resolder to it's board.

Is there a Amibay compatible way to dissuade the type that might solve it with a slam? You should correct technology the same way you would a child: Calmly and with buckets of patience.
