I seem regret buying Mini Mac as I don't know nothing about them but it was cheap to buy them due got 16GB Ram and I couldn't updated the MacOS versions 11 because my Mac is old which 2011...

You can only surf the net but you cant installed Application or games ( unless MacOs is update versions 11 if you got Mac 2014 onward)

So if you buying a Mac and Make sure you got versions Mac 2014 onward to upgrade MacOS 11 as far as I know. Correct me if am wrong!

What miggymad was probably referring to, there are hacks that would let you install newer versions of MacOS on unsupported Macs. You can find guides on youtube or some other sites. Hope this helps

Hi, just quickly want to state on this, I guess, old thread... (and you may have already explored this) but the MacMini5,1 model you have can definitely be upgraded, but also realize the normal max OS it can accept, High Sierra, 10.13 is not bad as a system either. Run Chrome on it and it's a perfectly viable machine. As for Big Sur (OS X 11) there is Open Core Legacy Patcher. However, the video is not accelerated though the OCLP authors did as best a job as possible: that model unfortunately did not have a decent GPU... give it a try and you may be able to wring some gaming life out of it.
