So this one spun a couple of times and then it stopped spinning after that. I tried the "twist" method and didn't work. Nothing looks physically wrong with it and it's not a PSU issue. Check out the pics.
What sucks is that it's heavy and the package will end up more than 1kg meaning 28.50EUR cost of shipping to EU destinations, 29.50 for rest of the world.
Edit: A friend let me know about a different courier service that's more economical. So the postage for EU will be from 13eur to 21.50eur depending on the destination country.
