Hey dudes,i have an a600 connected to an old tv via rf cable,i also have a dss8+ for sampling on the amiga, the problem i am having is that there seems to be unwated interference going on when im sampling,im pretty sure it has to do with the tv being connected to the amiga. When i turn on the tv i get a burst of static and then it switches on but there is a small amount of noise still present around 15khz,it just sounds like a little reception noise,tv is fine.Problem is i think this background noise is being sampled by the dss8+ so i always have samples with a narrow high gain peak at around 15khz which is incredibly annoying and very hard to edit out completely after the fact.So i bought an old dell monitor, since its a monitor it shudnt suffer from any background noise at all, problem is its not displaying the screen correctly, its very fuzzy and jumpy and impossible to make out anything. My question is whats my best option here?I cant solder so ecs indivision or whatever its called is out the window.I dont care about colours or high quality i just want to be able to sample, thats all i bought the amiga for.
