Hi guys.
A while ago I stumbled upon some brand new packs of C90 cassettes and decided to compile a C64 mix tape, just for the fun of it! I know we often hear that C90s are too long and heavy for the ol' drive motors, not to mention the stretching of the tape after use etc etc, but I used to use these frequently back in the 80s and never had too many problems
My goal is to cram as many single load C64 games on to one of these tapes. However... I do NOT want to use a 'Freezer backup' method, since they often cause some sound/video issues on the first frames after reloading of them. Instead I use the MLM to search for the games start address before dumping contents of memory to disk once loading is complete. Then compress the dump on the PC before writing back it to cassette!
Since actions speak louder than words and if you are feeling bored enough, please watch my videos on my progress so far (noting that I am an amateur video maker and hate the sound of my own voice!

Please note: This is a completely pointless experiment lol, since I have all these games on original cassette anyway and normally load from them. However doing this gives me a good reason to load up these games and I invariably spend a good half hour on each once loaded!
So far on a single side of this tape I have got 31 titles already, with space for at least two more I reckon!
Please let me know what you think!
