Hiya!

Up for sale is a Music Quest PC-MIDI IH9MQ9 clone card - 1 last unit that I wanted to keep for me but real-life does not agree :(
Here is the description, copy/pasted from the previous sale thread - there is a difference not shown in the pics for this card though: every IC is socketed - not just the chipset.

These are 100% Roland compatible MPU-401 interfaces : both intelligent and UART modes are supported without issues or extra programs/loaders/fixes/patches or similar stuff and they are ISA 8bit cards that work with XT and AT class PCs , a pure hardware solution.

You can read on the Roland + compatibility situation on GH's awesome blog post here: http://nerdlypleasures.blogspot.gr/2010/03/tutorial-how-to-get-roland-mt-32.html

PhilsComputerLab (*the* yt channel to subscribe if you are into retro-pcs) posted a great review of the card here:

these are some older and more boring quick videos I made some time ago...

Each mpu card comes complete with a breakout cable and ready to use:

Price is 110eur , this includes paypal fees and worldwide airmail registered shipping* .
(also advertised elsewhere)

If you have any questions, need help with setup or midi connections or anything related feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to assist you :)

* regarding shipping: as with every registered airmail shipment here, Greek post will track the packet up until it leaves Greece and then the recipient country's mail service will resume tracking it.

Thanks for reading! :)

You OK keropi? Things aren't easier on my side as well, tough to make a living these days. Sad when we can't even afford to keep the stuff we need for our hobbies...

yeah I am OK it's just that once something goes wrong then a bunch of things start to go wrong ... so I've been unloading heavier stuff locally in order to raise some funds and soften the blow
I wanted to keep one of this one last card as a memento but alas it needs to go to another home and get used
