Hey Peeps,

I thought I'd share some pix of my new toy, wanted this since I was about 10 years old!

Finally spotted one at a resonable price on eBay, sadly without the wireless pad but the machine it's self is boxed and mint. Maybe one day I will be lucky enough to find the pad :ninja:

For now, here she is:

Also came with a few games :D

And of course compatible with my new EverDrive MD, Thanks Zetr0

So time to fire up some Games, Final Fight on the MegaCD :ninja:

Oooooooooo, so many games but such little time

Shame my PAL Mega CD Games don't work

But all non NTSC stuff is working via the EverDrive and my UK Carts seem to work.. :coffee:

Anyway - I'm off back to the fun!

That is most cool, though I've no idea why yours doesn't have the CD area lit up in green.

[EDIT] Oooooh I see why, there was 2 versions of this.

That is great and What Final Fight(I am big fan of the game!) like?

Wow! Nothing like some a great NOS item. Very neat!

Heather

Thanks!

I must say I'm really pleased, shame I didn't do my homework first and the R1 can be easily region hacked but no biggy...

Final Fight plays really well, not too far off the Arcade to be honest

Should keep me busy, region locking, etc isn't really a problem with the EverDrive for me as I can just get the hacked Roms, also having fun with some of the beta/hacked Roms out there :coffee:

Sonic & Knuckles all work too which is nice, fun times will be had this weekend

IMPRESSIVE

I can easily Afford WonderMega but I got All the Megadrive games on Xbox as the only Missing is that Final Fight MegaCD Game I want to play as never play it :(

When I saw this I was searching the dictionary for a word..... I found it under 'D'

its Delicious

a real feast for the Sega fans, even Jay has stated he wants one now.... I did scare him with an eBay search LOL..... but that hasn't put him off!!!!

I think he wants a MultiMega as well...

Now, mentioning that, I know the MultiMega will accept a Sega 32x would the Wonder Mega also work with the Sega 32x ?

It should do. Only thing being that you need to bend the 32x into submission for it to work :)

Looks cool btw. Making me nostalgic to buy a multimega again :D

Nice buy Fitzsteve, Final Fight CD was an awesome conversion, I`ll see if I can find a wireless pad here, must be some somewhere, they got whole boat of load of Japanese megadrives games and hardware for silly prices at a shop near me.

Hi My friend, if you can that would be awsome, also CD Games too if they are cheap and if you can understand the game still with Japanese text :ninja:

I'm also looking for the other Soldier games on PC Engine too if you see any of them, I can see me paying you for a big parcel

My fav. Games are shooters and beat em ups on these 16bit machines

Steve.

Looks very nice. Why dont your pal cd games work?

I guess it's region related :(

I'm not sure there is a way hack this version, but I also own a MkI MegaCD/MegaDrive so it's not like I can't play them :)

Ah ok, so the region free bios for the everdrive doesn't work? I know they don't check for 50hz since they work fine in my setup at 60. It's too bad as it's very convenient to have an all-in-one machine:) As long as you can play them though. Got my everdrive mainly so I could use my pal 50/60 md with a bunch of sega-cd games i bought

*DROOL* This is one awesome machine Steve mate! I used to have one of the First Gen models with a motroized flip tray a few years back, it really is a classy machine the WonderMega in all its forms.

Sure I`ll have a look around for you, if you can send me a list of the games that you have, I can`t remember which ones I sent you. :)
