Need help with finding a usb capture card that can take scart

Hiya, i was wondering if the forum could help on this
because i need a capture device that i can use for captureing scart video since most of my consoles are now on scart and that gives out the best picture ever,
i was thinking on a model that can be used so i can see preview of it when i capture it, atleast it should be a decent card.

oh, yeah, almost frorgot to say, it needs to be external.

Perhaps not an ideal answer for you but our local stockist has these two bits of kit.

USB capture device that uses phono connectors with the additional plug in scart connector.

I don't think you will get a preview though.
 
i have treid with something like that before, id rathor want to upgrade the quality a bit more.
its for consoles like genesis, snes, dreamcast, but they are all useing scart.
