Why dont you just PM any Admin? I'm sure any of them would be happy to assist you.

Simply go to the problematic thread, find a post from the offender and click on the triangle with the exclamation point inside, this will bring a "report a post" window where you can explain the problem.

So, inquiring minds would like to know; how can you have a dispute when you haven't (apparently) traded via AmiBay? As far as I can tell, nobody has managed to do that with zero posts.
