Much Kudos to you, the screen looks great, we cant have enough hardware for our beloved Amiga`s :)
will keep an eye out for the launch

That looks like it will be pretty good.

Any idea how much these will go on sale for? or a rough estimate?

$50 sounds reasonable, will they be in the UK Amigakit store from the off or just the US store to begin with?

This looks really good, I had no idea a flicker free interlaced image was possible without a flicker fixer, I'll get one of these when they are released, please let us know when they are available. Thanks.

Sure, that has been possible for quite a while :) That's what a modern LCD tv does. For us in Europe we have RGB SCART inputs on these TVs, but our USA friends get TVs mostly withouht SCART I believe, that's why this component converter is really nice for them.

The downside to the internal deinterlacing / video processing in TVs is that there can be a tiny bit deformation, also due to the display panel speed and or 50hz-60hz-100hz-120hz conversion, which can make e.g. 50hz demo effects look slightly different. For example look at the 'tearing' in the vertical columns in this second cable demo vid: http://youtu.be/nJjorJH5RKU?t=14m51s

So still CRT should give the most accurate picture ;)
