Wanted NOS Boxed Amiga OS 3.9

I know its a long shot, but I am looking for a boxed sealed copy of 3.9.
I was able to find a NOS copy of 3.5 on ebay a year ago, but never see 3.9 show up.
Its for my physical collection on the shelf. I already own the 3141 and 322 CD physical releases which are readily avaliable.

I dont think it was ever boxed. Vesalia sold them a few years ago still NOS in jewel case. But also they seem to be out of stock now as well.

I just assumed that since 3.5 was retail boxed, 3.9 also was sold the same way. Thanks for the info.

My copy only came in a jewel case, no manual or anything with it. Bought it from Vesalia, in fact I recall I pre-ordered it.

There are 3 or 4 different versions of OS 3.9 original release, SE and an update. The discs are red print for originals and pink or else for later.

Well,i was looking for an original copy for my collection back in 2019 and i emailed all online stores unsuccessfully and i was lucky enough to find a copy from Gentle eye.One or two months later i saw that he closed his Amiga shop.So lucky.

Gentle Eye sold all their remaining Amiga stock to Amigarage.fi back in 2020. The new owners website is still active so it might pay you to email them and see if they have any OS3.9 in stock.

I contacted them and unfortunately they do not have 3.9 anymore.
