Selling NOS Super FAT AGNUS (398069-18) PAL chips in good condtion tested and working.
This is one of the unobtanium AGNUS revisions, rarer than the 8372B and 8372AB chips which are almost impossible to find, especially new.
One of the latest variants of 8375, compatible with 8372B and 8372AB (318069-03) versions except that this is PAL only (VBB signal instead of NTSC/PAL select pin). Note the very late date code, manufactured after C= decided to split 8375 variants to NTSC/PAL specific revisions.
The chip is fully pin compatible with the older version (318069-03) chips, but pin 41 (previously PAL/NTSC select pin by jumper) has to be isolated from 5V, and tied to ground trough a 100nF resistor (permanent PAL mode) on the A3000.
Upon request I can provide a C= service note explaining the above. Please do your own research to ensure you are buying the right AGNUS version. Several different versions are used in various orignal models as well as MegaChip, GBA1000, Phoenix boards and others. The ground rule is if your HW supports VBB signal handling of later AGNUS-es then it will be a drop in replacement, else you'll need to do the one pin re-routing as above.
