First post as suggested when signing up here at AMIBAY
39 years old and got my first A2000 25+ years ago i reckon - only used it for gaming as i didnt know anything else at the moment.
It got scrapped before it became retro :-S
So, now i have obtained an A500, A600 and a A1200 - im now putting the effort in the 1200 which is why im seeking advice from you guys that have been here longer than me.
My 1200 project goal is to make the most convenient Amiga retro gaming machine and for this i reckon the 1200 is most suuitable.
At the moment it is 100% stock and im looking in to make it an as close to stock WHDload machine as possible.
I hope i can stick to adding 8mb ram and a CF or SD HD, no accelerators if i can avoid it - i will then run it through an OSSC when the A1200 project is ready to run.
The A1200 needs a recap before anything else.
