Closed original SCSI cable with external slot for Blizzard PPC

I am looking for the original SCSI cable that plugs onto the Blizzard PPC card, featuring an external slot (D sub 25 female ? or so) in order to connect an external device like a scsi CD-ROM.

You need to specify what you want on the other end of said cable? Another 25 pin extern connector, or a 50 pin Centronics connector for example?
