Hi all,
quick question (and info) form me...
I have an A4000D setup with a CV64/3D running P96 (had a few probs with CGX4, but that's another story...
)
Could someone please point me to the direction of the ToolType settings in the Monitor for these and what they do exactly?
I found that, when trying to launch games or demos from WHDLoad, I would get a black screen and a locked computer, but some searching told me to upgrade to latest P96 (V2.1b) and then change the FakeNativeModes option (in the example I found) from 'NO' to 'YES'. To my dismay, when I checked mine was already set to 'YES', but in desperation to try something, I entered 'NO' here.
To my astonishment, I now have a working P96/WHDLoad setup and am very happy.
Next action - reg WHDLoad....
