It is sad to see - if something is sold, and the whole is destroyed at the transport away - and the seller @DorkVonWaterfall does not report any more per message and also not by mail - such should not sell on amibay

Have you tried sending an Email to the Paypal address you made payment to?

Yes the shipping was insured - but unfortunately the seller not more - not here and also not by mail - is however all days online here - the damage to the sender can only contact the seller - has also received photos by mail
