Sold PC Chips M583LMR (Aladdin VII, ArtX graphics, FlexATX, Symmetric memory)

Selling a rather rare and elusive Aladdin VII motherboard:

- best suited for AMD K62+ and K63+ (no cache on mb)
- integrated rare ArtX videocard (the guys that moved to ATi and helped design Radeon 9700) which has TnL.
- symmetric SDRAM memory, precursor of dual channel
- two PCI slots (one shared with USB)
- integrated CMI8738 card
- udma 33/66
- allegedly best board for overclocking K6-3+ if you're into modding bios and experimenting, I can't say I'd bother myself.

I've seen this motherboard twice for sale in the last 5 years. The last one I've seen was in my possession as well <Snip>. Please note I've only tested this board to BIOS. It's missing the cmos battery and the video chip passive cooler for some reason, probably why it artefacts after a few seconds after booting (see the photo with the artefacts, it gets worse fast as it heats up). No backplate. It will come with a K6-2 500mhz I think and a cooler/heatsink.

I'd prefer to send it to UK mainly, but if any interest from EU I might check for delivery quotes.

Price: £150 (Paypal F&F, free delivery UK with Royal Mail, I'll do quotes for EU delivery. I don't ship to dodgy states, sorry.)
