TOTOTEK PCE Pro 32M Flash Cart (for PC Engine)
Bought this off Keropi some time ago. Description borrowed from his original post. PCE Pro 32M Flash Cart , it works perfect and is suited for PC Engine and it's various versions. (there is a piece of clear antistatic plastic that I fixed on top with some double-sided tape in order to protect the fpga and eeprom from any damage, it is easily removed if needed)
Comes with both lpt and usb cables that it needs to interface with a PC.
Updated price with thanks to Keropi. £40 posted in the UK. Slightly more for EU.

Please install DreamWriter v1.4 first
Then overwrite v1.4 exe with v1.5 exe
