[TD]PC engine Briefcase and CD and Side Arms Special CD and System Card 2. £100 delivered UK.

Includes a new PSU. Used only a few times since I bought it. Side Arms Special CD is the only CD I have tested with.

The game plays fine but there is an issue with sound skipping. Not sure if issue with CD drive or game as only have one CD game to test. The game plays fine and sound effects are spot on, just background music skips a little. Picture is spot on. NB PC Engine is not included !

Note PC engine not included - just the CD System and Briefcase ad PSU.

Could you post some close ups of the drive, interface and the carry case lid?

This just arrived and to be honest I'm quite disappointed. Packaging was pretty poor and the cd drive doesn't spin. There is a buzzing as though it's trying but disc doesn't spin.

Some pics of how it arrived and pm sent

Common fault with these - the gear linkage is made of 'cheese'. I had a working one that, having been in the loft for 6 month didn't work with the exact same fault. It looked much better than this one though - think you have a right to be disappointed with the packing AND the fact it doesn't work - let alone the condition - it looks filthy!!!

Mike I think I have a couple of spare gears from when I repaired mine (they came in packs of 3) I can try and find them for you if it helps

Edit:
Just read OP. Sound skipping was probably the cog in it's way out, mine did that too before it stopped reading Discs.
