This is a sealed copy of Guild-wars Factions.

Price: £5 + postage.

This is the second game/part/expansion in the Guild-wars series, but it is a standalone game so doesn't require the first/original part for it to work.

Guild-wars is a fantasy MMORPG style game that can only be played online. There are no monthly fees so it is completely free to play for as long as you like.

Its game world is a traditional fantasy one with warriors, magic and a variety of different races and classes to choose from and to meet in the game. With each registration code used you are given 4 character slots. This allows you to create up to 4 different characters and play through the game with each to see different stories unfold and different quests, depending on the race and class you are playing.

The game plays slightly differently to most other MMO games. Rather than a persistent world, you can only see all other players when you are in a city, town or other similar location. Once you leave these locations and go on missions or quests in the game world you enter an instanced version of the game world with only you and those in your party involved. This allows the game to play out a proper storyline that unfolds as you venture through the lands. With the most important parts of the story told in large missions which you need to complete to move the story and unlock new locations you can visit. When entering these main areas of the game you can form a party by inviting real players in the area into your party, but you can also pick from a selection of NPC computer controlled characters. This is very useful to make up the numbers in a party if you can't get enough real players to join you, or if you have something to do alone. Adding a couple of healers for example keeps you alive to concentrate on fighting if you wished.

I highly recommend Guild-Wars. When it first came out I played it all the time and in total played over 1500 hours in all, completing the main game stories and all side quests with 3 different characters.

The game also has a great PvP part which is separate from the main RPG part. In the PvP mode you fight as part of your guild, who own a guild hall. You can fight against other guilds, attacking their halls in a capture the flag type of gameplay. Or you can enter different PvP areas and fight in teams against other teams, which can be great fun.

There are also some secret areas of the game that can only be accessed once you ascend after reaching level 20. These areas are very popular and parties of players are always eager to go. These areas are pure battle grounds with tough enemies and lots of rare items to find.

If you haven't ever played it then it is worth it, especially if you like RPGs. The main missions unfolding the games story are worth it alone. The system specs are not high by today's standards either and it should run perfectly with high settings on any PC these days. And even though the game is free to play, the developers are constantly updating it, bug fixing, adding extra quests etc. And if you find you enjoy this Factions part then there are 4 different parts in total, each focusing on a different area of the games world. If you install more than one then you can continue using your characters in the other parts, and also gain access to new types of character

As the copy of the game I'm selling here is still sealed it includes an unused registration code inside that unlocks the copy of the game for you to begin.
