Suddenly, the "I hope to be moving" has become "I am moving, in 2 weeks time". Time to get rid of some stuff!

I'm breaking down one of my PCs. It has had light daily use for the past year or so (Starting Windows 7, a bit of eBaying and Face-Booking by the Mrs. I've never had a problem with it. It used to be my games machine a few years back, and as such has been tested running a pair of SLI'd 7800's.

All the following is in great working order, as the PC is still in use!

PATA <--> SATA Converter
Owned since new - works an absolute treat for connecting a PATA Drive to a SATA motherboard. Not tried the other way round.

Internal USB Card Reader
Does what it says on the tin. Reads CF, TF, SD XD fine. When bought, it did not say SDHC Compatible, but it has read my cameras 8gb sd card. Plugs onto a 10pin header on motherboard.

Thermaltake "lump of copper" cooler
Still running quiet. Recently cleaned up. Works with 939 mobos, and probably others. I don't know the name of this one.

Teeny USB Bluetooth thing
Forgot this was there! Very small dongle. Sticks out about 1cm from usb port. Works great.

Another PATA->SATA thing:
I got this hoping I could bob it on the Amiga's IDE Header and directly connect an SATA HDD.
I never got a SATA drive, and it will probably need an IDE extender.
So, never tested.

I'll ship anything worldwide at cost, except the monitor. I do package my items very well, but would always be weary of the monitor being flown around the world.

Interested in the SATA>PATA converter. Postage to Brazil, good sir?

I will give a quote once the royal mail website is up and running. It seems to be a bit "borked" at the moment.

Postage quotes may be reduced for people saying they love the Atari ST :)

Would you like fully tracked or "risky"?

Cheers,
Chinners

I think my postage would be higher, I refuse to say anything (good, at least) about ST...

How about using parcel2go? The courier company is UK based and can squeeze the juice of all other companies and you'll find a better deal on dispatching items.

UNrisky for me, unless the price is outrageous.

Interested in the 250gb hard drive - postage to uk please? I'm assuming it's error-free, never been dropped and so on;) but grateful if you could confirm.

At the moment, the Royal Mail website is in "Fail Mode", so I can't get quotes very easily.

The drive has never been dropped. It is currently being erased. I will then run the Hitatchi Drive Fitness Test and post the results here, just to confirm it is ok, and alleviate any worries you have :)

The Model Number is HDT72252DLAT80

Bumpless upate:
The drive passed all the Hitachi tests. Images attached showing model, serial, cache size etc, a wonderfully descriptive "ok" screen, and the current "Smart" status of the drive.

p2g quote £30.
Royal Mail will be much cheaper with small parcels- they're just broken at the moment.

Quick update:

Added a few more bits from this PC. Added photos. Dropped a few prices.

Don't be afraid to haggle prices! Especially on job lots!

At last, the postal site is working again.
@rkauer, fully tracked is £8.20, Not tracked is £2.90

Interested in the internal USB card reader.

Is this 3.5" or 5.25"?

PM'ed him also.

Internal Card Reader received and feedback left mate. Thanks a lot for everything.

Parts arrived safely, but not before customs opened the package and decided to add a lovely fee over the total.:banghead:

130% added over the total amount, sigh... :(

Anyway my A1200 now have a 80Gb SATA drive to make some backups...
