close to four weeks wait, package has not arrived.

This has been reported to the MOD section. I have made a post, I'm on holiday so my hands are slightly tied. I'm waiting another MOD to agree to the discussion on how to proceed. IE, if it helps the PayPal dispute to offer the other "PayPal" users who also have not received their items as reference and if we proceed with PayPal only or contact Fraud Team, hopefully everyone paid Via PayPal and paid as goods not as gift.
