Funny thing happened to me recently. People that know me will know how badly I play games, but this story really takes the biscuit.
Back in the day I used to really like playing a spectrum game called River Rescue, I used to think it was just a game where you had to dodge crocodiles shoot crocodiles and shoot logs I never realised you had to dock your boat at the red barriers to pick up scientists and then drop them off, it wasn't until recently replaying the game that I fully understood how to play.
Does anybody else have any funny stories about playing games incorrectly and then not realising until now?
