Few days ago I started to poke my new Prelude soundcard under OS 4.1. After a little suffering and driver testing, it finally worked!
So far, it looks AmigaAMP, Songplayer works with it, there is sound under the system, when playing DVD, etc. It's not perfect, but it seems to work. There is still a lot of testing ahead.
MPEG-it! Module didn't tested yet, but not really need because of PPC 604...
