Problem with ReAmiga 4000 build

I have been working on this board off and on for 2 years building it. The problem I am having is with fastram installed I get a yellow flashing screen. Without fastram I can boot into Workbench without problem. I have tried to resolder Ramsey, Buster (rev11) and the buffers for the fastram. In Diagrom and VAtestprogram they both detect and pass the tests. I have tried with a 3630 and a bfg 9060. Now with the bfg 9060 with or without fastram it will get a yellow screen. I am at a loss on what else it could be

After doing a memory test in diagrom. For some reason it decided to start booting kickstart and workbench after restarting it. Also detects the fastram. Not going to worry about the 16mb onboard memory.
