Problems accessing site 80% of the time...

About 80% of the time when accessing www.amibay.com I am greeted with an error screen. I forget the exact text but basically I am "unable to access the site due to an error and to please report this to the admins" - or something very similar to this. Regardless of refreshing, deleting caches etc I still get the error. This is both on my laptop and on my mobile. The other 20% of the time, I get straight in to the main screen and can access everything A1. Fortunately I am not as addicted as I used to be, buuuuuut I still need my fix occassionally. Any insight/help would be great.
 
Add /forum to your shortcut and that should work - temporary fix since the software update
