Fully working Progressive 3000/040. Please note these will only fit in an Amiga AA3000+, Amiga 3000D or 3000T to my knowledge. I used in a AA, D, and a T, and the card works great. This is the only one I have ever seen listed for whatever reason, it seems rare. The fan and power pass through also work just fine.
