Proof of ownership is a requirement for infrequent or new members and has been part of the rules for some time now.
This can be overlooked if your an infrequent long standing member with very few posts or feedback but this is NO excuse for new members who agree to the rules when they signup to Amibay.
So to cut down on the administration, any new threads created without the required proof will simply be removed, no more back and forth "negotiating" with the member as to why they have to add this requirement.
It's 3 Items of proof written on a piece of paper in 1 of your supplied photo's with the Item.
If you have many different items then the piece of paper must be shown in as many photo's as there are different items.
for example your selling a C64 set and photo 1 is the C64 with your proof, If the 2nd photo contains the disk drive on its own the proof needs be displayed there also and for every photo that contains different Items.
1:- Your forum name
2:- the date of the photo
3:- The word "Amibay" cleary displayed
Only adding 1 or 2 of these requirements will result in your thread being deleted without warning even with declared interest or not no matter the age of the thread or you length of membership.
Thank You.
From Today ( 16-12-20 ) NO notification will be given and threads re-created that had been removed due to violation of the above rules will be removed to stop circumventing the bump rule. You will have to wait 14 days ( the bump rule ) before reposting your ad.

Burying a photo inside a google drive folder, we don't have time to sift through all your external links looking for your proof.
any thread requiring proof with a google or whatever external link will be treated as NO proof and removed.
The proof MUST be in your 1st post, your welcome to link all your other photos to a google or external drive folder but PROOF must be visible in your 1st post.

If you have a post count of less than 50 OR a feedback score of less than ten then you will be expected to provide proof of ownership for items of a value of £50 ( Total sale value inc fees & Postage ) or more.
This is to be in the form of a photo of the item with a piece of paper showing the 1:- forum name, 2:- your forum name and 3:- the date the item is listed For Sale.
