Because of the frustration of not finding these for sale in the US and Canada - I found one on GitHub and made a board and had them made. It is a simple build and you can diy easily! The board is 8$ plus $2 mail charges in an envelope. The GitHub project is on the board. You can flash the atmega with avrdude yourself... Easy. It has a power and drive activity led connections with isp programmer connection.. build it for less than 20$. I can help you if needed. I made 20 of these.
