With sadness I put my very nice purple Amiga 500++ in Limit Edition Crystal case for sale. This machine has some very cool features. I will explain some details.
Purple Amiga 500++ Motherboard:
Complete operational Amiga 500++ moederbord (purple) with all required chips and special sockets where you can easily switch chips without soldering. Assembling has taken quite some time and money. The A500++ has some special feature which you can also read on the A500++ project tindy site. The Amiga 500++ has a working onboard clock with battery, and a handy jumper to switch interne diskdrive primairy or the externe diskdrive, which is very handy for an external gotek diskdrive for example. The pictures talk for themselves.
Full features of the board itself:
• Improved silkscreen with better placed component identifiers and component values also included
• Commodore implemented a factory "bodge" around the battery area where a diode was required to cross over another component, this has been fixed so the diode has its own hole and doesn't need to cross over
• Some expansions require to connect to /INT and /OVR signal lines. We have added specific points for these so it is easier and neater to connect the expansions that require it
• The power connector area has an added footprint for a round DIN power connector as these are still readily available. The originally used square power connectors are scarce, so this adds an alternative option.
• Jumper to select which floppy drive will be DF0: - This can be set to internal or external. NB: Setting external to DF0: will not set internal to DF1:, the internal drive would be disabled
- Cool Chickenlips Keyboard (does not yellow)!!
Crystal Limit Edition case Amiga1200.net!
Only this was more then 250,- alone (including shipping) including the nice A500 Box. De kickstarter A500 case is still in production and this special Crystal edition will not be created anymore. So limited edition. Badge isn't included by default, but can be ordered on multiple places (like etsy).
- Diskdrive
- 1 MB expansion (black, was no purple version only 512kb) to 2 MB Chip memory.
- Good working Crystal Case Tank Mouse.
- Excluding power supply.
Shipping Worldwide and using direct banktransfer or Paypal Friends family. If you are near Netherlands (Drenthe) then it also can be picked up
