As roy says, no!

I have a nearly identical SIMM and a 1230-IV, the SIMM is too thick to clip into the SIMM socket on the 1230-IV as the chips on the underside foul on the CPU before you can clip it into place! It also won't clip into the flat SIMM socket on a BPPC as it fouls on the spring clip in the middle of the board that holds the heatsink in place, it does clip into place but it puts a bend in the SIMM!! It will only fit 'properly' in the angled SIMM socket on the BPPC and the SCSI KIT IV.
