Closed Repair Commodore 116

Hello,

I've a commodore 116, when connected the light turn on, but on screen only a beatifull dark black!
I've checked the TED, CPU and the ROM, all of them are working properly.
This c116 has been modified for a 64 kb expansion not by me.

Is there someone who can repair it for me ?

I would probably be able to fix it.
Since CPU and TED are ok, there is not much left that cannot be obtained with small money.
Probably one of the RAM chips, the PLA, or a TTL.

However, I am located in Austria, so shipping costs are probably too high?
