This is the backplane, it needs a CPU board (dual So7, So7 and Slot 1 versions exist) to work. Do you also have one of them?

I have the Asus p65up5/c-p55t2d combination. The processors are on a large card that plugs in to a dedicated slot on the motherboard. This motherboard will be useless without a processor card, and they are very difficult/expensive when you do find one.
