RGB extension cable (possibly custom made)

Hi

I bought an external scan doubler but as predicted it doesn't fit on my 4000D because of the phono and keyboard leads. I need to extend my rgb port out with a cable. I've found 1 website that sells such a thing but is located in the USA so want to see my options before I pay for a lot of postage.

Does anyone have such a cable in the UK or EU? Or can anyone easily manufacture one for me?

To be clear the cable needs to be 23 pin male to 23 pin female.
