Sold Roctec 3.5" External Drives - Not Working

These are not working...in fact, they produce a terrible sound when accessing a disk.

Yes that's not easy to do while avoiding to remove the heads and misalign them.

In my case, when doing a belt on one of these model of drives, one of the heads came right off.

Yes, need to be careful, to have at hand some good thin pliers, and have some free time in broad daylight (which does not happen too often).
