S: A3000T Video Slot Blade / SCSI Terminator

Searching for my A3000T the metal shet for the upperest Card Slot on the Backside (videoslot) this is Not the Same as on the A3000D as it is straight and Not bended.

Second Im searching the original external A3000T SCSI Terminator.
